Reserved legal activities
In England and Wales, the Legal Services Act 2007 identifies six reserved legal activities that may only be carried out by an authorised or exempt person where the legislation applies:
- Exercise of a right of audience — appearing before and addressing a court where the right is reserved.
- Conduct of litigation — activities such as issuing, commencing, prosecuting or defending court proceedings and certain related functions.
- Reserved instrument activities — specified legal work involving instruments relating to land and certain other legal instruments.
- Probate activities — preparation of specified probate papers.
- Notarial activities.
- Administration of oaths.
Aspire Legal Group does not provide these services.

Separate regulatory requirements may apply to activities such as immigration advice and services, claims-management services and regulated financial-services activities. Aspire Legal Group does not provide those services.
